Young Adult’s Group: The Young Adults (ages 18-30) are meeting at Pastor Chris’ house on the first and third Sunday at 6:30pm for fellowship, fun, and adventure in the word of God. Please see Pastor Chris for more information!
Adult and Youth Sunday School: At 9:30am in Fellowship Hall. A study facilitated by Jeff Thompson. We are reading through the New Testament and discovering the nature of God and our identity in Christ. Adult Special Needs class is also held at this time in the video classroom.
Women’s Ministry: All women are encouraged to gather on the second Wednesday each month, at 11:30am for a time of prayer, projects, and outreach. The next meeting will be October 11 discussing the Holiday Bazaar on November 18.
Outflow Class: Outflow – Outward-focused living in a self-focused world. Outflow communicates the heart of our ministry philosophy at FCC: Being transformed and letting God’s love and truth fill you and flow from you to your family, friends, neighbors…into your world. Beginning Sunday, October 15.
Children’s Worship: We offer an optional time on Sunday just for the kids (up through age 6) just prior to the message, in the Nursery at about 11:00am. Children can learn about God from the Bible through the use of puppetry, music, crafts, games, and prayer.
FCC Annual Holiday Bazaar: We will be hosting vendors and crafters from all over Sonoma County who are offering unique gifts, décor, and treats! A hot dog lunch will be available for $3.00. Come and join us on Saturday, November 18.
Homeless Outreach: The last two Fridays each month during the summer, gather in Fellowship Hall from 10:00 to 10:30am to help students pack snack bags. The last two Saturdays each month, gather at 11:30am outside of the St. Vincent DePaul dining room in Santa Rosa to hand out the snack bags.
Unwrapping the Gift of Forgiveness Class: Every Wednesday, Pastor Mike is leading a class learning that forgiveness is a gift from God, and true forgiveness is much more than most people‑‑even Christians‑‑know. True, biblical forgiveness results in emotional healing, freedom from self-condemnation, healthier relationships, stronger families, overcoming compulsive behaviors, peace with God, better decisions, improved physical health, and so much more. An optional workbook is available
The Church Website: You can download sermon audios, view devotionals, find links to Bible verses and other fun places, and make prayer requests. www.fccrp.org
