Adult and Youth Sunday School: At 9:30am in Fellowship Hall. A study facilitated by Jeff Thompson. We are reading through the New Testament and discovering the nature of God and our identity in Christ. The books of Matthew and Romans have been completed. The book of John is now being studied.
Adult Special Needs class is held at 9:30am in the Library.
Women’s Ministry: All women are encouraged to gather on the second Wednesday each month, at 11:30am for a time of prayer, projects, and outreach. The next meeting will be September 12 as we take a break for the summer.
Women’s Bible Study: We finished our study by looking at what it means to live by the fruit of the spirit, always looking for the good in others, keeping our thoughts and words in alignment, and taking our emotions to God for his help and clarity. Bible Study will start again in September.
KIDS and YOUTH:
Children’s Worship: We offer an optional time on Sunday for the kids just prior to the message, at about 11:00am. Children can learn about God from the Bible through the use of puppetry, music, crafts, games, and prayer.
Youth Group: Young people gather at FCC in Fellowship Hall at 6:30pm. Join us for fun, fellowship, and growth in the Lord and His Word. Next gathering will be announced.
Live-Streaming Sermon: Each Sunday, the sermon is live-streamed on Facebook. This is a wonderful way to hear the Word if you are unable to be with us in the Sanctuary.
Homeless Outreach: We are taking a break for the summer. New leadership and participants are being recruited.
2018 Fellowship Potluck Dates: MARK YOUR CALENDARS. Our next quarterly Fellowship Potluck for 2018 will be following worship at 12:30pm on October 7.
Mission Trip to Uganda: Our team is preparing to support the ministry of Pastor Michael Mataya and join Victoria Hayward in Uganda in a few weeks. Please keep Victoria, Pastor Mike, Molly and Isis Wells, Al Wilcox, and Heidi Thompson in your prayers.
